Happy new year everybody :-)



Finaly I got some time to work on older fotos - mainly from this spring & summer. I nice gallery with fotos from Italy will arrive soon.
To show at least you something, here are two fotos,  manipulated to look like postcards from the 1920/30s. Hope you like them!




I wrote a little FAQ with Tipps & Tricks for digital photography. It is in german, but you can translate it with the button on the right side!

Not too long ago, we could enjoy the beauty of the summer 2009. I wish it would be warmer :-)

Unfortunatly I have to go back to Germany. One really get used to the high temperatures here. Today the was the warmest day - with 30°C. Incredible!

Well, the last days had excellent light for taking photos. Now,that the tourists have left, there are plenty of empty beaches and good motives for my camera.
With 28°C and plenty of sunshine still a wonder to me...
Sorry for everybody who has to endure 0°C in Germany & Austria.

The summerholidays are over. This is the last day. I passed my spanish examen with success ;-) - and am now preparing for the journy back to the normal world ;-)

For the next 10 days, Malaga is celebrating the Feria de Malaga... It starts with a Pregon, fireworks (7tons of firewiorks!) and a concert from midnight until 6 in the morning...

I am still in Spain, enjoying seafood and the good weather. Hope my brain will not melt dancing and shooting ;-)

After the first week here, my spanish is getting better every day… :-) I remember a lot.
I already met really nice people at school and I am looking forward to the weekends partys :-)

Well, a good friend of mine, the philosopher Enzo Rielli from Careggine, developed a new stream in philosophy. His way of interpreting things and thoughts is really unique!
Coming from the roots he created something completely new. Based on the individual point of view from everybodys existence - the single-mind (una SolaMente).

His way of seeing and interpreting everything has a fascination of itself.

Instead of a foto from him, I will first show you something from the center of his universe - Il Cantuccio - which is in my eyes on of the best places on this plante to be :-)


Ein guter Freund von mir, Enzo Rielli, vertritt eine neue philospphische Sichtweise der individuellen Betrachtung des Einzelenen und seiner Interpretation von Dingen, Personen und Konzepten. Diese einzigartige neue Bewegung, auch "Mentasoggetivismo" genannt, hat ihre Wurzeln im Subjektivismus und der Betrachtung des Selbst. Dabei werden Schllsse gezogen, die rein subjektiv sind "SolaMente"!

Well after 2 weeks shooting in Italy and nearly 3000 photos I will now be off to Spain. Lots do do, nothing to miss :-)
I am really looking forward to it! Meeting old friends and make new friendships.

The last weeks, there was a lot to do - nice weather, some studioshootings. Now a lot of pictures to work on.

 

Die letzten Tage hatte ich recht viele Shootings. Es sind wunderschöne Bilder dabei rausgekommen. Jetzt gehts ans Bearbeiten - später dazu mehr ;-)

 

Who might think, that the mediterranean sea is always calm and nice, would be surprised to see the following pics I shoot in 2008.
It was only one day… But see for yourself - it was really an experience to watch such a storm!

The usual spare waterresources in Spain have been even sparse in 2008. I will share a phto with you, that I took in Oktober 2008 from the airplane, east of Madrid. At least later there was some rain in spain... but maybe not enough for the entire 2009.
